• 7-Day Exchange: You can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed, and has all the original tags and packaging intact.

• Defective or Wrong Items: In case you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/design, we will replace it free of cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items bought on Sale or custom-stitched outfits cannot be exchanged or returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

• Refund Policy: We currently offer Exchanges or Store Credit only. Cash refunds are not applicable unless the product is out of stock.
